Like you, each photoshoot is unique. Together, we will create a photo package based on your vision, budget, time, season, location, etc. Let’s create something amazing.

Branding & Headshots

  • Basic Headshot Session (1-2 looks, up to 1 hour, 5-10 images): Starting at $250
  • Personal Branding Session (2-4 hours, 2-3 outfits/areas within a designated location, wider range of images for website/social media): Starting at $500
    • Factors: Usage rights (how long and where images can be used), number of final retouched images, consultation, concept development.

Portrait and Lifestyle (Individual, Couples, Maternity, Senior)

  • Mini-Sessions (15-30 min, 5 images): $150 – $300
  • Standard Session (1 hour, 20-30 images): Starting at $300
  • Extended Time/Multiple Locations/Outfit Changes: $200 each additional hour.
    • Prices to be determined during consultation

Family Posed/Lifestyle

  • Standard Session (1 hour, 20-30 images): Starting at $300
  • Extended Time/Multiple Locations/Outfit Changes: $200 each additional hour.
    • Prices to be determined during consultation

Boudoir & Water Nymph Sessions

  • Standard Session (1 hour, 1-2 outfits, 10+ images): Starting at $300
  • Extended Time (Up to 2 hours, 2-3 outfits, 2 set designs, 20+ images): Starting at $450
    • Includes: Guide to help you prepare for the session, posing suggestions, professional editing, online gallery, high-resolution digital files.

Newborn Photography

  • Lifestyle Newborn (in-home, candid): Starting at $300
    • Includes: Session time (can be 2-4 hours dependent on the baby), props, professional editing, online gallery. Session includes parent and sibling shots.

Events (Parties, Corporate Events, Reunions)

  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $150 (minimum 2 hours)
  • Half-Day (4-5 hours): Starting at $700
  • Full-Day (8+ hours): Starting at $1500
    • Coverage time, professional editing, online gallery, high-resolution digital files.
    • Travel fees may apply.

Wedding Photography

  • Elopement/Intimate Wedding (2-4 hours): Starting at $800
  • Mid-Range Package (6-8 hours, 1 photographer): Starting at $3,2500
  • Premium Package (8-10+ hours, 1-2 photographers, engagement session, album): Starting at $6,000
    • Inclusions: Hours of coverage, 1 or 2 photographers, online gallery of edited high-resolution images, print release, pre-wedding consultation.
    • Add-ons: Engagement sessions, bridal portraits, additional hours, rehearsal dinner coverage, express editing available.
    • Travel fees may apply.

Music – Band Photography

These ranges are general. Request a custom quote based on your specific needs.

I. Live Performance Photography

  • Emerging/Local Bands (1-2 hours coverage, 10-20 edited images):
    • $250 (per show/set)
    • Often includes: Raw digital files (sometimes basic edits), suitable for social media. Higher rates for longer sets or multiple bands.
  • Mid-Range/Touring Bands (2-4 hours coverage, 20-50+ edited images, 1-2 shows):
    • $500 – $700 (per show/event)
    • Includes: Professional editing, high-resolution digital files, usage rights for social media and website.
  • Established/Festival Coverage (Full event, multiple sets, extensive deliverables):
    • $800 – $2,000+ per day
    • Includes: Comprehensive coverage, extensive editing, priority delivery, broader usage rights, potential for backstage access.

II. Promotional / Press / Album Art Photography

These are typically more involved and often require more planning and post-production.

  • Basic Promo Package (1-2 hours shoot, 1 location, 5-10 retouched images):
    • $400 – $800
    • Ideal for: Quick updates to press kits, social media banners, simple singles.
  • Standard Promo Package (2-4 hours shoot, 1-2 locations, 10-25 retouched images):
    • $800 – $1,800
    • Ideal for: Album/EP promotion, website redesign, comprehensive press kit. May include individual portraits of band members.
  • Premium / Album Art / Concept Shoot (Half-day or full-day shoot, multiple locations/concepts, 25-50+ extensively retouched images, higher licensing):
    • $1,800 – $5,000+
    • Ideal for: Major album releases, strong visual branding, unique artistic concepts. Often includes a detailed consultation, concept development, and full commercial usage rights. Additional fees for stylists, makeup artists, or elaborate sets.

III. Behind-the-Scenes / Documentary Photography

  • Hourly Rate: $100 – $300 per hour (2 hour minimum)
  • Daily Rate: $800 – $2,500+
    • Focus: Capturing candid moments during rehearsals, recording sessions, touring life, or creative process. Deliverables are typically a larger volume of less heavily retouched images, emphasizing authenticity.
